Sheet 002 · How it works

Your product already knows how to grow. Your repo is the brief.

Step 01

Connect the repo

GitHub in, agent on. It reads what you actually built — not what a form asked you.

Step 02

It finds the gaps

Launch readiness, positioning, channels — mapped from product truth, not a template.

Step 03

You approve, it executes

Every growth move is one clear approval. Ship it and it runs. Ads start paused. Emails stay drafts. You merge your own code.

Ad spend stays in your accounts

Sheet 006 · General notes

Fair questions.

N-01 Will it spend money without asking?

No. Ad campaigns are created paused in your ad account. You review the budget and set them live. Spend is always your move.

N-02 Does it post or send email as me?

It drafts. Outreach and email arrive as drafts you review and send. Nothing publishes on its own.

N-03 Will it touch my code?

It reads your repo to understand what you built. Changes go to a branch or pull request — you merge. It never writes to your default branch.

N-04 I have zero users. Is this useful yet?

That's the target case. Day one it maps launch-readiness gaps — positioning, missing pages, SEO basics, analytics wiring — then proposes the first channels worth trying.

N-05 What are credits?

Pro and Scale include monthly credits that fund agent runs. Heavy months use more; buy more anytime. Running out pauses new work — never a surprise charge. Ad spend is never billed through credits.

N-06 What if it proposes something dumb?

Dismiss it in one line. Nothing unapproved runs, and your decisions shape what it proposes next.

N-07 How is this different from asking ChatGPT for a plan?

A plan was never the bottleneck — doing it was. This reads your actual repo, executes the approved move, and reports what moved.
