Terms

These terms govern your use of LaunchFury. By creating an account, joining an organization, or using the service, you agree to them. If you use LaunchFury for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

Using LaunchFury

You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and use LaunchFury only in compliance with applicable law and third-party terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for configuring organization permissions appropriately.

Connected services

LaunchFury can connect to third-party services and act on your instructions. You authorize LaunchFury to access and transmit data to those services as needed to perform requested actions. You remain responsible for your accounts, content, campaigns, budgets, permissions, and compliance with each provider's terms and policies. Third-party services may change, suspend, or revoke access independently of LaunchFury.

Your content and instructions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant LaunchFury a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for everything you submit or connect.

Acceptable use

You may not use LaunchFury to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware; bypass access controls; interfere with the service; obtain unauthorized access; misrepresent identity or authority; send unlawful communications; or create, target, or distribute advertising that violates applicable platform rules.

AI-generated output

LaunchFury uses automated systems that can produce incomplete or incorrect output. Review material decisions and outputs before relying on them. You are responsible for approvals and actions taken through your accounts, including spending, publishing, deployment, and communications.

Fees

Paid features are billed according to the plan and terms shown at purchase. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with notice before the change applies to a renewal.

Service changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue features and may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to violations. You may stop using LaunchFury at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Disclaimers

LaunchFury is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific outcomes, platform approval, campaign performance, or error-free output.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchFury will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. LaunchFury's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid LaunchFury for the service during the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the revised terms here and update the date above. Continuing to use LaunchFury after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
