Product support
Email support@launchfury.com. Include your organization name, connector or feature, what you expected, what happened, and the approximate time of the issue. Do not email access tokens, client secrets, passwords, or verification codes.
Connector support
For Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or another connected service, include the provider, non-secret account ID, authorization step reached, and any visible provider error code. LaunchFury cannot approve provider applications or restore provider access that the provider has restricted.
Privacy and deletion
Email support@launchfury.com for access, correction, export, or deletion requests. Follow the data deletion instructions to disconnect a provider and request deletion of connector data.
Security
Report suspected vulnerabilities or compromised credentials to support@launchfury.com. Revoke exposed credentials with the relevant provider immediately and avoid including live secrets in the report.
