Data deletion

Disconnect provider access and request deletion of data held by LaunchFury.

Delete LaunchFury connector data

  1. Open your LaunchFury organization.
  2. Open Connectors.
  3. Disconnect each provider account you no longer want LaunchFury to access.
  4. Email support@launchfury.com from your LaunchFury account email with the organization name and the providers covered by the request.

We will verify your authority, delete or de-identify eligible information, and confirm completion. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, billing, dispute resolution, or enforcement.

Revoke provider access

Disconnecting in LaunchFury stops LaunchFury's configured use of the connector. You should also revoke authorization directly with the provider:

Meta deletion callback

Meta may send LaunchFury a signed deletion request when you remove the app through Meta. LaunchFury validates the request, removes the associated Meta Ads credentials, and returns a confirmation URL and code. You can check a valid confirmation code at https://launchfury.com/api/app/meta-ads/data-deletion-status?code=YOUR_CODE.

Delete your account

To request deletion of your LaunchFury account and associated organizations where you have authority, email support@launchfury.com. Deleting LaunchFury data does not delete data stored by connected providers; manage that data in each provider directly.
