This policy applies to LaunchFury websites, applications, APIs, and connected services. By using LaunchFury, you acknowledge the practices described here.

Information we collect

Account and organization data

We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, organization details, project settings, support messages, and billing information handled by our payment providers.

Connected-service data

When you authorize a connector, we receive the credentials, account identifiers, configuration, and data required to provide the requested functionality. Depending on the connector, this can include advertising accounts, campaigns, creatives, audiences, performance reports, conversion data, pages, catalogs, repositories, analytics, and related metadata.

Product and usage data

We collect prompts, files, project context, outputs, approvals, activity logs, device and browser information, IP address, diagnostic data, and product analytics needed to operate, secure, and improve LaunchFury.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot LaunchFury.
• Run actions you request through connected services.
• Authenticate users, prevent fraud, and enforce permissions.
• Respond to support, legal, and security requests.
• Measure and improve reliability and product performance.
• Comply with law and protect users, LaunchFury, and third parties.

Google API data

LaunchFury's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use Google Ads data only to provide and improve user-facing advertising features that you request. We do not sell Google user data, use it for personalized advertising, or permit humans to read it except with your affirmative agreement, for security or support, when required by law, or when data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

Advertising platforms

LaunchFury may process data from Meta, Google Ads, TikTok for Business, Reddit Ads, and LinkedIn Marketing APIs after an authorized user connects an account. We use that data to provide account selection, campaign management, reporting, creative, audience, and conversion workflows requested by the user. Each platform also governs your use under its own terms and privacy policy.

How we share information

We share information only as needed with infrastructure, analytics, authentication, payment, communications, and model providers that help operate LaunchFury; with connected platforms when you request an action; within your organization according to its permissions; during a corporate transaction; or when required to comply with law or protect rights and safety. Service providers are limited to processing information for contracted purposes.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Retention varies by data type and account status. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and encryption where appropriate. No system is completely secure.

Your choices

You can disconnect a connector from LaunchFury and revoke access in the provider's account settings. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable by emailing support@launchfury.com. See our data deletion instructions for connector-specific steps.

International processing and children

Information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards. LaunchFury is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the service.
